Presentation: 6:15 pm
Meeting: 7:15 pm  and Honey Contest compare your honey with fellow members traditional and black jar (Details TBA) 

Speaker Josh Williams Pollinator Buffet Josh works as the Garden Manager at Paul Ciener Gardens in Kernville, NC.

Black Jar Contest:  Bring an 8 oz jar to the meeting for the membership to judge for taste only.  Members names should be on the bottom of the jar.  Jars will be covered with foil to prevent identification of members names with their jars.

Traditional Contest:  No names are to be on entries.  Entries should be given to judges at the meeting.  Categories will be extracted honey, comb honey, creamed honey, and extracted honey with comb (in same jar).  Jars are to be 1 lb size glass jars.  Comb honey and creamed honey are to be in suitable clear containers.
